Chromebook Registration

Chromebook distribution will take place in the Print and Production Room Garage on the first floor of CRLS at Felton Street.

A parent/guardian must accompany the student to sign the CRLS Electronic Device Agreement. In advance of the pick up, please review the Acceptable Use Policy, the sections related to the Chromebook in the CRLS Student Handbook, and the CRLS Student Electronic Device Agreement (English | Spanish | Amharic | Bengali | Haitian Creole.)

Please fill out the form below to select a 20-minute appointment to pick up the Chromebook. During the 20-minute slot, you and your student will:

Review the Acceptable Use Policy
Review the CRLS Student Handbook
Review the CRLS Student Electronic Device Agreement
View a short orientation video
Receive a Chromebook and accessories
Have an opportunity to ask questions (some have already been addressed in the FAQ)
